Order Cancellation

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team within this processing period.

Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

If a cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The item must remain in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resalable condition

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a verified product defect.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are only available in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or functional issue.

Products damaged due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, customers must provide:

1-Year Product Warranty

All products purchased from our store are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or product malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • external physical damage

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

Non-Returnable Situations

Refund Processing
