Beautiful controller, excellent customer service, fast delivery from China to Scotland, an all-round great experience.
Will definitely shop here again.
Thanks!

Feels as nice as the MS elite that I have but cheaper and comes with all the buttons. Comes with 3 choices of directional pads that were easy to swap. The charging stand is decent and works as it should. Also came with a long heavy braided cable. Great deal for what you're getting.
Thank you for the detailed breakdown. Matching the feel of the MS Elite at a lower price, with extra D?pads, a charging stand, and a braided cable -- that's exactly the value we aim for. We're glad you're enjoying the whole package. Cheers -- Gripstech Team
If you play a lot of call of duty ranked this is the controller for you. I've been using the scuf valor pro wireless for a while and decided to switch to this controller and it is night and day. Performance on the gamesir compared to the scuf valor pro is way better especially when you enable 8000hz polling rate. Fyi you will need a high end pc and 240hz+ monitor to be able to see the difference in competitive esports title. Definitely would recommend this to everyone.
Thank you for this brilliant, in?depth review -- and for the important note about needing a high?end PC and 240Hz+ monitor to fully appreciate 8000Hz. It's fantastic to hear that the G7 Pro 8K outperforms the Scuf Valor Pro for you. 'Night and day' is exactly the kind of feedback we love. Your recommendation means a lot. Cheers -- Gripstech Team
It's just as nice to use as everyone says, light without feeling cheap and great mechanics. Dinging it a bit for extremely mediocre battery life, again as everyone says, and when you turn it off the 2.4g dongle flashes moronically for ages. Would have been handy to have a slot for it in the controller rather than the base so I could take it out of the computer without lugging the base around. But it's great to use, just a couple of compromises.
Thank you for the honest and constructive feedback -- we really appreciate it. We hear you on the battery life and the dongle flashing behaviour; we'll pass these to the product team. The suggestion of a dongle storage slot in the controller itself is a smart one. We're sorry these compromises have knocked a star off for you. If the battery life seems unusually poor, please contact us at hello@gripstech.com -- it might be a defect. Otherwise, we're glad you still find it great to use. Cheers -- Gripstech Team
I absolutely love this controller. Coming from a scuf Envison pro v2. These sticks blow Scuf's out of the water. I've only had it 5 days but so far I love it.
'Blow Scuf's out of the water' -- we love to hear it! Thank you for the high praise, even after only 5 days. We're confident the love will only grow. Enjoy those sticks! -- Gripstech Team
Scuffed my initial thoughts, this place is the real deal. Direct savings are massive.
We love that we changed your mind from 'scuffed' to 'real deal'! Thank you for taking a chance on us. Massive direct savings and genuine products -- that's our promise. Enjoy your controller -- Gripstech Team
This controller feels premium and responsive right out of the box. The buttons are crisp, the joysticks are smooth, and the Hall Effect triggers work great for both racing and shooter games. The wireless connection has been stable, and I haven't experienced any noticeable lag. Excellent option for PC gamers looking for a competitive edge.
Thank you for this well?rounded 4?star review. We're glad you find it premium, responsive, and stable for both racing and shooters. We'd love to know what would have made it a 5?star for you -- your feedback helps us improve. If there's any issue we can help with, please email hello@gripstech.com. Thanks again -- Gripstech Team
The controller is really good and looks good. Definitely one of the best controllers I ever used and better than a 1st party Xbox controller.
Short, sweet, and to the point -- thank you! Being better than a first?party Xbox controller is a badge of honour we wear proudly. Enjoy the looks and the performance. -- Gripstech Team
Pure class. Box arrived immaculate with all official security seals intact. Buy with confidence.

This GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC Wireless Controller has completely exceeded my expectations. It honestly has the best feel of any controller I've ever played with. I've been gaming for over 30 years across multiple consoles and PCs, and this one stands out enough that it actually makes me want to keep playing just because it feels that good in my hands.
